Exchange/Return Policy

Only offer exchanges for sizes if still in stock; no returns due to COVID-19. All sales are final!

Cancellations/Changes

No cancellations or changes after your order has been placed, unless an incorrect email/mailing address has been input at checkout (ONLY IF YOUR ORDER HAS NOT BEEN SHIPPED YET). If you placed duplicate orders, email refinedtrendsllc@gmail.com for help. 

Damaged/Defective Products

If the product is either damaged or defective, send an email to refinedtrendsllc@gmail.com (include your name & order number), showing proof of deficiency by adding an attachment(s). Expect a response within 1-2 business days. 

Lost/Stolen Packages

Unfortunately, Refined Trends by Rachel Moten, LLC is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages after they have been delivered to and in custody of the post office. However, if so, although all packages are protected and insured, file a claim with the shipping carrier (ex. USPS, UPS). Send an email to refinedtrendsllc@gmail.com for the post office's location, your tracking information (if needed), and date of delivery to further assist your claim investigation. You will receive compensation for the lost or stolen package through the shipping carrier. 

TIPS:

  • Before placing your order, PLEASE be sure to check the product description, sizing chart, and processing time! 
  • For custom orders (jackets, sweatshirts, t-shirts, customizations, etc.), submit an inquiry and order at least 1-2 weeks IN ADVANCE of your event/photoshoot. If you need to rush your order, send an email to refinedtrendsllc@gmail.com.
